As far as accomodation goes, Bushfellows Private Game Lodge has 80 beds available if you would choose to book out the whole lodge. Also remember our two honeymoon suites, which will allow the newly weds to have their privacy after the big event.

Inkwenkwezi Game Reserve’s charming thatched open-air chapel with its red carpet laid out for the bridal couple to walk down to say “I do” in your wedding ceremony. The chapel is situated at Emthombeni (under the old wild fig tree) and paradise garden settings with water features incorporating waterfalls, small ponds and streams with rapids. To capture this beauty way into the night, strategically placed lights light up the garden.

After the service the couple may wonder into our paradise garden for their photo session. The variety of breathtaking scenes, interesting features will give you the opportunity to have a range of unique photographs to keep as mementoes of this important day.

During the photo session the guests are invited to have a pre-arranged Inkwenkwezi Game Reserve welcoming drink. While the tranquil sound of running water relaxes the guest and their chatter carries through the garden as you are being photographed.

On walking into the thatched Emthombeni, you are welcomed and you become one with the enchanting gardens when the big sliding glass doors are opened.

Our beautiful, well-designed and equipped bar is operated as per your instructions. We offer a Cash Bar or a Tab Bar. We however require you to hand in your Tab Bar requirements prior to your special day.

Our kitchen will cater accordingly to your requirements and only the finest and freshest ingredients are used. On our buffet, more than generous portions are served. We include to this letter options for you to choose your buffet menu. The MC invites the bridal table and then each table for their turn at the buffet.

Your unique table décor and artistic displays will ensure that your special occasion is not short of being exclusively to your needs.

Accommodation

Euphoria Bush Villas are nestled in the bushveld close to the magnificent club house. The Villas follow the theme of contemporary African chic, built with the signature sandstone rock from the surrounding Waterberg mountain. The Villas comprise of units with eight rooms, made up of two levels of four villas per level. Each villa has a room, bathroom en suite and a balcony.

There are currently 64 Bush Villa rooms.

Nooitgedacht is a family owned and managed historical Cape Dutch wine estate with a homestead and outbuildings that date back to 1774. Welcoming guests with old worldly charm, warmth and history.

The original cellar with its rustic atmosphere is used for the functions and can accommodate 120-260 guests with a dance floor and 300 without. Adjacent the cellar we have a faunum/chapel for the ceremony which can accommodate 170 guests or the bride may prefer the ceremony in our beautiful gardens. Nooitgedacht is 4 km outside of Stellenbosch on the R 304, also known as the Koelenhof Road.

The Wirth family together with Stephanies Weddings pride themselves in that a personal touch can be found in every aspect of Nooitgedacht’s service with menus and other important details tailored to suit your personal needs in making your function a unique and special occasion.

A distinctive feature of Nooitgedacht’s menu is the use of fresh produce that is in season and the special deboned leg of lamb on the spit. The starters can be served outside as finger-food together with drinks, or served at the tables. The main course is served buffet style with two or three serving points determined by the amount of people. Plated option is also available. Dessert can also be buffet style or served at the tables. Coffee is served afterwards.

Balmoral Gardens, a five star wedding and conference venue is designed along the lines of an English countryside manor house. Boasting over 3500 white iceberg roses interspersed with a splash of colour.

There- by allowing for a splendid garden setting throughout the year.

Balmoral Gardens wedding and conference venue offers the discerning client an opportunity to enjoy a garden setting as well as the sophistication of an evening gala.

We cater for up to 600 guest seated on banquet chairs, and on both round or square tables.

A massive child friendly Jungle Jim with over 5 slides, numerous bridges and covered tunnels, 6 swings and blocking chairs, there-by keeping the precious bambino’s occupied, and still allowing parents the opportunity to enjoy the function.

The entrance hall and welcome area is massive, allowing for the accommodation of up to 600 guest.

The design of the venue allows for a full purdah, as well as fully integrated function.

The stage is also fully moveable.
